Your personal information will ONLY be used to process your order. Customer information will never be sold, given out or made available in any way! We do not sell or distribute mailing lists from our secure database. We pledge that you will never receive spam or junk mail resulting from a visit to or purchase at Star Tapestries.

UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE

Everything listed on our site is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with something, please contact us within 5 days for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has "Free Shipping" our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition, our items carry a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your return should you wish to return your item. Shipping fees, duty and taxes are your responsibility.

SALES TAX

We collect sales tax for orders shipped within the state of Texas. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to any other location.

DELIVERY

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received and is being processed. Items usually ship within 5 business days, however, please allow up to 10 business days. Please allow up to 15 business days during peak times (Christmas, etc). Most purchases will be shipped to you from our location, or directly from the manufacturer's warehouse by USPS, UPS or FedEx. For items too large to ship via these carriers, please see “Oversized Items” below.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email notifying you that your order is on its way. This will contain the shipping company's tracking number. In-stock items usually ship within five business days after you place the order. In most cases, you will receive your order within two weeks. However, during peak times (Christmas, etc), please allow an extra one to two weeks.

OVERSIZED ITEMS

Some items we sell are too large or too heavy to ship using a Small Parcel carrier (e.g. UPS or FedEx). In these cases, we will ship via truck freight (L.T.L. carrier) at no additional cost to you. Truck freight differs from UPS or FedEx in that you will be contacted by the shipping carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. A signature is required for all truck freight deliveries; someone must be available during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM) to sign for the delivery. Drivers are only responsible to deliver to curbside or driveway; although more often than not, they will take the items off the truck to your door. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING to remember about truck freight is that you must inspect the package and its contents at the time of delivery. If you detect any damage or if there is any reason at all for you to be concerned about damage, please refuse delivery or write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This will ensure that if any damage has occurred, it can be taken care of as easily as possibly. Please allow an additional 1-3 days for truck freight delivery.

ERRORS and OMMISIONS

We endeavor to ensure that the content on this website is complete, current, and accurate. However, we make no guarantee that it is free of errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to price, product description or availability. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders containing errors, inaccuracy or omission, regardless of whether the order has been submitted, confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card.

We offer free ground shipping on most items in excess of $100.00, in the contiguous 48 United States.
